Lilypads and lines reflected in a pool at the internationally acclaimed Crosswaters Ecolodge I showcased in an earlier post here. Mouse over to see the image in color.

! It's like a magic trick with the mouse!
Yes, Dina is right : I like this magical trick with the mouse... My favourite of both is the colorful own : the red surrounding the pond is so pretty... Nice catch on that reflection, Francisca.
Oh, yes! How fun! I love our magic mouses!! And what a delightful, beautiful reflection for the day, Francisca! I always love flowers and watery reflections! Hope you have a lovely weekend!

That's a beautiful shot. I love the way you can see it in color with the mouse.
I'm with Tsuki. Great composition!
Beautiful in black in white, but the color version just popped out (well, actually the mouse over made it pop out, but you know what I mean!) Great photo!
Lovely and I like the way the photo gets colored and than back to B&W.
Wow, how do you do that?? photoshop?
Are you back in the USA, or still somewhere in Eur.? Wherever you are, enjoy your weekend!
Both versions are excellent! After going back and forth over and over I like the color best. :)
I'm with James, I think I like the color version best, although the monochrome is no slouch! Thanks for the link to the older post of the bridge, that was neat!
Neat mouseover trick. I do like both images but the colour one is my fave.
Wow, I had no idea my mouse could do fun things like that. Wish I could do it, too.
Super photo.

Very nice--lily pads are so unusual and pretty. Have a nice weekend. Mickie :)
Gorgeous gorgeous - and even more magical in colour!
Very good and nice black and white photography.
Regards!
Nice composition and very pretty in both renditions. Thanks for sharing:)
I like both the color and the black and white...great use of the mouse over. Something about that gorgeous water lily...wonder how the image would look in black and white with just that color exposed. Happy weekend.
A cool picture with nice reflections
Good mouse trick! I like the black and white better - more clarity.
The mouse over is clever. I must say I love the picture in colour though the mono is a very strong image.
This is delightful Francisca. I think the full frame color version works best as a reflection. The B&W version might be better if the top was cropped to isolate the lily pads. Maybe a bit more contrast as well.
I couldn’t stand the suspense so I looked up the ecolodge. Oh, my goodness....it is one gorgeous spot. I know you all enjoyed every minute you were there. We have made several trips to one in Costa Rica called Tiskita Jungle Lodge, and I would go again in a New York minute. Love the lily bloom and the lily pads. They are especially pretty in the black and white, though it was great fun doing the mouse over trick. genie
The image is breath-taking! Lilypads always seem so mystical and you've captured just that in your photo, Francisca. Love it!
PS: I forgot to thank you for showing me how to do the "mouse over" effect. Thank you so much. I'm still very excited about how cool this is :D
this is magical. oh, it's a beautiful photo in so many ways. happy day to you Francisca.
OOO, stunning green on red. Lovely!
I always like B&W, but the color version of this is really nice too.
??? how does that work with the mouse??? :))
