Look the Right Way

Crossing the streets in Hong Kong can be a hazardous venture if you don't look the right way! The signs on all the streets make it a no-brainer... if you remember to look down first!

Good thing this girl knows to look right - I bet she can't hear any traffic or bells with those headphones!

Seems like some streets in London were painted like that. Looking down isn't my primary method of holding my head!

So what my teacher had said it before stop, look and listen, now I am going to add it with look down and up! ^_^ Happy weekend!

Ha, ha. Fun and funky post. From a great vantage point. But you've also got to hope that the drivers using that street have read the same sign!

Glad you're down and settled again somewhere, and your lens working again. I've been to the Great Wall in the 90s and would certainly love to see it again. But just like joo, i am also asking where you are while taking this shot.

When in England, I need all the help I can get. Otherwise, I'm always stepping out into traffic.

I know a blog that would love to borrow this photo - if the person were still posting, that is :) Have a good adventure, whatever it may be!

Good job it's also written in English, otherwise I might get run over just working out which side of the characters to stand.

Interesting and a good photo. I gotta ask though, where the heck where you when you took the pic?

Oh I love this...they just added two new roundabouts near my home. This simple message is so much clearer than the boatload of signs they out up!

I appreciate signs like this. It was a bit unnerving when I first arrived in Beijing, since they drive on the other side of the road. There were none of course... so I looked both ways, but with the crazy traffic, I ended up following the locals in order to stay alive.
