Huddled Pedal Boats

Xiamen, Fujian, 2009

Bright pedal boats glow brightly on a gray day. They huddle in the water in West Lake Park, waiting for the next fine day when squealing children and courting lovers would once again take them for pleasure trips.

    this color is a bright spot in my day today. I didn't get the snow I was hoping for, so this is the next best thing! we have paddle boats on the lagoon here, but they surely aren't colorful like these. this is a wonderful reflection shot. happy weekend to you Francisca.

    they make a beautiful puzzle. Did you go on it? I have never been on one, the ones in Singapore, the weather was too hot to be appealing.
