Wow that looks like the Spring I remember from the 'olden days'. (Not because I still have Winter, but because we didn't have any Winter at all. Therefore, no Spring.
Ah, these are beautiful spring pix! Daffodils are out everywhere here, and although we don't have many forsythia, their brilliant early-season yellow is what I remember best about springtime in Western Colorado. I just love them!
Hi Francisca - Isn't it wonderful to watch spring in Europe? A new spot of colour every five minutes, I swear! We are now in Paris after a wonderful holiday in The Netherlands and Belgium. We have met four other bloggers and had fabulous visits with them all. What a treat! You and I must find a time when we're both in our mutual home province of British Columbia. My husband has wandered off to the Eiffel Tower (we're in an old hotel in a great neighbourhood!) and I'm resting my aching feet while I contemplate laundry. LOL Love your photos, as always. You are an inspiration, in travel as in photography. Luv, K Kay, Alberta, Canada
The spring city looks much better than I remember it! It would be lovely to meet in Bucharest, Francisca:) If I'm by 30th there, I'll let you know and we'll arrange it somehow:)
Yellow really is a sign of spring! Gorgeous flowers1 And I love that shot of the yellow flowers on the branch against the building pillars...I think we had the same flowers in my backyard in MI :-D
I see even Bucharest's spring is way, WAY ahead of East Gwillimbury! :)

ReplyDeleteI am looking at one face of the pyramid, did they have opennings to grow the daffodils?
ReplyDeleteYellow is the colour of spring and also the most striking one. Thanks for sharing your Romanian March!
ReplyDeleteThe memorial is so nice with a dedicated place to grow flowers.
